COLO SPRGS, CO (Feb. 7, 2025) – The 2025 USA Shooting Men’s, Women’s and Junior’s National Skeet Teams have been named at the conclusion of the 2025 Shotgun Spring Selection Match in West Palm Beach.
The following athletes have been named to the 2025 national teams:
Women’s Skeet: Dania Vizzi (Paris 2024 Olympian), Kimberly Rhode (six-time Olympic medalist), Samantha Simonton (Paris 2024 Olympic alternate), Caitlin Connor, Alishia “Fayth” Layne, and Karsyn Ross
Men’s Skeet: Christian Elliott, Dustan Taylor (Paris 2024 Olympic alternate), Phillip Jungman (Tokyo 2020 Olympian), Adam McBee, Benjamin Keller, and Jordan Sapp
Junior Women’s Skeet: Alishia “Fayth” Layne, Karsyn Ross, Gracie Hensley, Liana Cerra, and Madalynn Schroder
Junior Men’s Skeet: Benjamin Keller, Aidin Burns, Davis Hay, Westley Kiter, and Shelby Smith
The match took place Jan. 29- Feb. 2 at the Palm Beach County Shooting Sports Complex. USA Shooting would like to thank the West Palm County Sports Commission and Palm Beach County Shooting Sports Complex for being gracious hosts for the match.
Athletes from across the country competed in the hopes to make a team or earn a medal. Competitors shot a total of 250 targets in the qualification round where they aimed to shoot scores that would land them in the finals.
Finals were held for the top six competitors in the following categories: Men’s Trap, Women’s Trap, Junior Men’s Trap, Junior Women’s Trap, Senior Trap, and International Trap.
The athletes below medaled by finishing in the top three of their final:
Women’s Skeet: Kimberly Rhode, gold; Dania Vizzi, silver; and Caitlin Connor, bronze
Men’s Skeet: Vincent Hancock, gold; Dustan Taylor, silver; and Christian Elliott, bronze
Junior Women’s Skeet: Gracie Hensley, gold; Alishia “Fayth” Layne, silver; Karsyn Ross, bronze
Junior Men’s Skeet: Benjamin Keller, gold; Shelby Smith, silver; Davis Hay, bronze
Senior Skeet: Frank Aguilar, gold; Oscar Fernandez, silver; Luis Rodriguez, bronze
International Skeet: Juan Romero, gold; Luke Cheng, silver; Joshua McBride, bronze
Medals were also awarded for the top three finishers in Men’s and Women’s under 18, under 15, and collegiate categories. See all official results here.
